Built around you.

miyou connects what you eat, how you train and how you recover, then suggests your next step. You approve every change.

Free during early access. No account needed.

One connected day

Your day changes. Your plan keeps up.

Food, training and recovery inform each other. When something shifts, miyou explains what it noticed and suggests a change. You decide.

How it works

Move. Fuel. Recover. Grow. Belong.

Five parts of one day, in one app. Each informs the others, so a short night can lighten a workout and a hard session can shape dinner.

Move

Training that fits the time you actually have.

  • Plan builder: your goal, 2–6 days a week, 30–90 minute sessions and your equipment
  • Live logging of reps, load and RPE, with warm-ups, supersets and a rest timer
  • Progression suggestions you accept or skip, and swaps that match your equipment
  • Short on time: shorten a session to 20, 35 or 50 minutes
  • Apple Health, Health Connect and Strava

Fuel

Fast logging you can check, and targets that learn.

  • Search, barcode, nutrition-label scan and describing a meal in words
  • Photo estimates with a confidence level and a calorie range for every item
  • Calorie target that adapts to your 21-day weight trend, in small, capped steps
  • Recipes, meal plans and a shopping list grouped by aisle
  • Fasting timer, and an optional GLP-1 log that records what your prescriber set

Recover

Rest, read against your own usual.

  • Sleep, resting heart rate and HRV compared with your own 28-day usual
  • No mystery readiness score, and it says when there isn’t enough data
  • A morning brief of one to three actions, each with its reason
  • Opt-in reminders with quiet hours

Grow

Progress you can trust, without the noise.

  • Smoothed weight trend, so one heavy day doesn’t swing it
  • Energy against budget, a consistency calendar and average macros
  • Measurements and progress photos that stay on your phone
  • “Explain my week”: what happened, and what you could change
  • Personal milestones and records

Belong

Small teams, kind accountability.

  • Create or join a team with an invite code
  • Challenges like Log every day, 5 Perfect Days and Protein 10 of 14
  • Share only the daily ticks you choose; never food, weight or photos
  • Fixed cheers, no messages; shared ticks are deleted after 90 days

For iPhone, with Apple Watch and widgets, and for Android.

Meet Noel

It explains. It proposes. You decide.

Noel is miyou’s assistant. It helps with the decisions around your plan, and it never changes the plan behind your back.

Explains, then proposes

Meal ideas, a day plan, a shorter workout, a grocery list, or what happened this week, each with the reason why.

Nothing changes without you

Every change waits for your approval. Once applied, you can undo it.

Knows its limits

Noel never adjusts medication and never diagnoses. For anything urgent, it points you to emergency care.

You choose what it sees

Preview and trim what’s shared. Weight is off by default; photos, medication and Strava data are never sent.

Privacy and control

Private by default.

Your log is yours. miyou keeps it on your phone, asks before anything personal leaves it, and lets you take it all with you or delete it.

No account needed

miyou works fully without one. What you log is stored on your phone.

End-to-end encrypted backup

Optional. Your data is encrypted on your phone (XChaCha20-Poly1305) before it’s uploaded, and you keep a 24-word recovery phrase. miyou’s server never sees the key or your data.

Consent for each data flow

Photo estimates, recipe reading, Noel and team sharing each ask once, and each can be turned off at any time in the Privacy center.

Export everything

All your data as a JSON file, and your food log as a CSV, any time.

Delete everything

One button removes everything miyou keeps on your phone. Deleting your account also deletes your account and backup.

No ads, no tracking

No analytics and no ads. Crash reports only if you turn them on, with personal data removed.

What uses the network: food search, photo estimates, Noel, cloud reading of labels and recipes, teams and backup, and only when you turn them on or use them. Health data never goes to miyou’s server, except a daily step count if you choose to share it with a team. Progress photos stay on your phone. Read the privacy policy.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is miyou free?

Yes. Everything is free during early access, with no card and no trial clock.

Paid plans are planned (see Pricing). Whatever plan you’re on, what you’ve already logged, export and deletion are never behind a paywall.

Do I need an account?

No. An account is optional and only used for the end-to-end encrypted backup and syncing between your devices. You can sign in with Apple or Google.

Where is my data?

On your phone. Some features use miyou’s server when you use them: food search, photo estimates, Noel, cloud reading of labels and recipes, teams and backup. The Privacy center lists each one, and the ones that send personal data ask first.

Is miyou medical advice?

No. miyou is a general wellness app, not a medical device. Noel won’t advise on medication or diagnose, and points you to emergency care for anything urgent. The optional GLP-1 log records the doses your prescriber set; it never suggests one.

Which phones and wearables does it work with?

iPhone and Android. On iPhone there’s also an Apple Watch app, widgets, Siri and Shortcuts. On Android there are widgets.

miyou reads from Apple Health and Health Connect, which many watches and apps write to, and connects to Strava. For Garmin watches, a miyou Connect IQ data field gives carb and fluid reminders during activities.

How accurate are photo estimates?

They’re estimates, and miyou says so: every item shows a confidence level and a calorie range, and you can adjust portions before logging. For packaged food, scan the barcode or label.

What does Noel see?

Only what you allow. You can preview and trim what’s shared for each request. Weight is off by default, and photos, medication and Strava data are never sent. The conversation stays on your phone. Noel’s drafts are written by Anthropic’s Claude on miyou’s server, only when you ask.

When can I install it?

miyou is in early access. Join the list and we’ll email you when there’s a build for you.

I’m a coach. Can I use miyou with clients?

Yes. A client invites you from the app and chooses exactly what you see: targets, daily summaries, training, and whether you can suggest changes or message. What they share is encrypted for you alone, so miyou’s server can’t read it. Your suggestions change nothing until the client approves them, and they can see what was shared and revoke access at any time. You work from the coach portal in your browser. Join the coach list to get access.
